this picture has absolutely nothing to do with this post. but itβs a pretty awesome memory of my ambassador shoot for #lululemon. what this post is actually about is adrenal fatigue. which is exactly what Iβve been suffering from the last few months. to say that Iβve been in an internal downward funk would probably be as accurate as it comes. I thought I needed a change of scenery so taking a position overseas with work might have been the solution, unfortunately it wasnβt and I went back to the drawing board. my biggest struggle is often managing stress, and thatβs the base of it. I spent a large amount of time pushing the limits of my body at the gym (and also out on the town) to balance out my work and personal stress, but double negatives donβt always make a positive. I canβt complain about being in a fresh city, and I definitely feel a lot better than I did 4 weeks ago. So long story short, if you have a problem, try and get to the root as soon as you can and solve it. #thealcoholicathlete
